Explore the Fleurieu Peninsula, located 45 minutes to the south of Adelaide. On the menu are delicious small dishes, wine and breathtaking scenery!
After being picked up from your hotel in Adelaide, you will be driven to the south of the city to explore the winemaking region of Mclaren Vale. Once there, you will visit the vineyards of Wirra Wirra, Arenberg and Coriole and the historic Hardy winery. Try a range of wines and make the most of the information provided by your guide, a wine expert.
Then, enjoy a delicious lunch in a seaside restaurant, where you will various local dishes. After you meal, you will head to the mouth of the Murray River and might even get the chance to spot some whales off the coast (mainly June–November).
Finally, you will head to Victor Harbor and enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage. You will be taken to Granite Island, where you will see the little penguins that live there. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Adelaide at the end of the activity.
