Enjoy a cooking class in Athens to discover the secrets of traditional Greek dishes and dine with a view of the Acropolis!
For this introduction to Greek cuisine, you'll head to a restaurant in the lively Monastiraki district. There you will meet your teacher for the day, a professional local chef. After an introduction to local ingredients and specialities, it's time to get hands-on!
Accompanied by your chef, you'll prepare a traditional 3-course meal. Dishes vary according to the season, but generally include Greek delicacies such as tzatziki, Spanakopita (spinach turnover), the famous Moussaka, and often galaktoboureko for dessert.
Then, once you've finished your cooking, the group will be invited to move to the rooftop. Enjoy dinner with a glass of wine (included) and a breathtaking view of the city and the Acropolis of Athens, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Your activity will end once you have finished your dinner.
