Beschreibung

Fly to Great Barrier Island and discover amazing scenery!

After leaving your Auckland hotel you will take a 30 minute flight over the Auckland harbour. Once on Great Barrier Island share breakfast and start the tour of the island. During the walk to the Kaitoke thermal springs you can see the amazing diversity of the local flora and fauna.

Visit a private farm before going for a swim at a beautiful fine sandy beach.  Here we have lunch before taking on a short walk to the summit of Windy Canyon. Enjoy amazing views across the whole island!

At the end of the tour the plane will return back to Auckland and a shuttle bus will take you to your central Auckland hotel.

  • Duration: Approximately 11 hours 30 mins
  • Flight departure time: 7:30am. Pick up from your hotel at around 6:45am If you would like to go straight to the airport you should arrive at 7:00am.
  • To take part in this activity simply present your booking voucher to the local tour operator
  • Guides speak in English.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the trip (breakfast is not provided on Sunday).
