No trip to Dubai is complete without a visit to the Burj Khalifa! You'll visit the highest skyscraper in the world. You'll reach the 124th floor in no time at all thanks to the high-speed lifts. You'll then be able to admire the breathtaking view of the incredible Dubai skyline. You'll see the famous Burj Al Arab Hotel and the Atlantis The Palm. You'll also gain access to the 125th floor.

Afterwards, you'll be able to marvel at the Dubai Aquarium's sealife. Located in the heart of the Dubai Mall, one of Dubai's most famous shopping centres, the aquarium is a massive tank with over 10 million litres of water, home to around 33,000 aquatic animals from 140 different species.

PLEASE NOTE, you must reserve the visit to the Burj Khalifa! In order to ensure a superb visit, only a limited number of visitors at a time are allowed to go up to the tower's observation deck. You'll therefore be assigned a time after your book to make sure you reach the observation deck quickly. This means you'll get a fantastic view without being hindered by other people!

Gut zu wissen

  • Availability: every day except in exceptional cases
  • You'll be asked to select the date you wish to visit when booking. The two tickets are only valid for the same day. You'll also need to select a time slot for the Burj Khalifa. You'll receive the exact time of your visit and the official ticket after you book. 
  • Information about the Burj Khalifa
  • Duration of visit: variable (we advise you to allow about 1 hour)
  • Time: visits possible between 9.30am and 3pm, and 7pm and 10 pm (no visits between 3pm and 7pm with the 2-in-1 ticket). The exact time will be indicated on the official ticket that will be emailed to you
  • You'll have to present the official ticket received by email to access the sites. You'll also need to show proof of identity. You won't be allowed in without these two documents
  • You'll have to report to the tower entrance during a specific time slot (you'll be given a 30-minute time slot). This way you'll avoid overcrowding on the 124th floor and won't have to queue for hours to get a ticket. However, you'll have to queue to get into the lift (expect to wait between 0 and 40 minutes under normal circumstances / expect a wait of up to 1.5 hours if there is a large attendance, particularly during the festive season). Please stick to the time slot you are allocated. Anyone who is late will be refused entry (even if you're just a minute late)
  • You'll be allowed to stay as long as you wish at the top of the building
  • We recommend you wear lightweight shoes and clothes that cover your shoulders and knees
  • Tour times are entirely managed by the Burj Khalifa staff. Due to high demand, we recommend you book your tickets as soon as possible in order to have a tour schedule that fits in with your plans (early bookings will be given priority)
  • Please note that official tickets can't be sent more than 3 weeks in advance
  • If you book this activity more than 3 weeks in advance, you'll be emailed your official ticket approximately 2-3 weeks before your visit
  • If you book your tickets less than 3 weeks in advance, you'll receive your official tickets within 72 hours, but we can't guarantee availability
  • Dubai Aquarium Information
    Opening Hours: 10am to 12am Sunday to Wednesday (last admission at 11.30pm), then 10am to 1am Thursday to Saturday (last admission at 12.30am) - (except under exceptional circumstances, please enquire on the day)
