Your experience will begin outside the original Old Jameson distillery building, operational until 1971 and since redeveloped as a museum entirely dedicated to the brand.
Located in Bow Street, just a short walk from the Temple bar area, the distillery is a true Dublin institution and Jameson whiskey now enjoys an international reputation.
You will be greeted by a brand ambassador who will accompany you throughout this immersive 40-minute experience. You will benefit from their knowledge and anecdotes to learn more about the history of the Jameson brand, the most significant events of this historic whiskey label and more generally about Irish whiskey. You will discover all the secrets of the making of the famous beverage, step by step.
After the theory, it's time for the practice: you will end this visit with a whiskey tasting workshop. You will taste a variety of whiskeys, including some from Jameson and others from different origins, so that you can grasp all the subtleties of the spirit.
You can end your experience with a drink at the beautifully decorated bar on the ground floor.
