After meeting your escort in the early morning near Florence train station, you'll travel to Pisa by coach.

Before heading back to Florence at the end of the day, you can sample the traditional Bucellato di Lucca, a cake typical of the city of Lucca. It is distinguished by its crown shape covered in sugar and egg, and is made with raisins and aniseed.
