A shuttle bus will collect you from your hotel and take you to visit Shanghai's iconic historical sites.
The bus will take you to the Bund, a boulevard in front of the sea, where numerous buildings constructed by Western powers during the Colonial period stand. You will have a chance to leave the bus and take a walk through the imposing buildings, witnesses to Shanghai's colonial history.
Getting back on the bus, you will then head to one of Shanghai's lilongs. Lilong's are Shanghai's working-class neighborhoods, with narrow streets and typical architecture from the south of China.
Explore the former French Concession before visiting the beautiful stone gate house in Xintiandi.
The shuttle bus will take you back to the hotel in the late morning.
